Setup
Scan the sticker, join the setup Wi‑Fi, then activate ownership. The sticker never contains your activation code.
1. Activate ownership
Use the private activation code from enrolment (not printed on the QR sticker).

2. Router management password
This is the password for the router admin page (username user on the EX511).
It is not your Wi‑Fi password and not a TP‑LINK / Aginet app login.
The password is sent once to your Pi and is not stored on Contabo.
Guided journey
- Scan QR / join setup Wi‑Fi
- Open this setup page (or http://10.42.0.1 on the box)
- Activate or log in
- Choose your home Wi‑Fi (scanned on the Pi before hotspot when needed)
- Identify router → enter management password (step 2 above)
- Review compatibility → Activate protection
- Open the dashboard
Incorrect passwords, hidden networks, and interrupted steps can be retried from the failed step. Moving house keeps ownership and repeats network steps only.
